First of all, your data is collected if you communicate it to us. This may, for example, involve data that you enter in a contact form or transmit to us in the course of an enquiry. As far as certain input fields are marked as „mandatory data“, we collect with these fields the data necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or the execution of the desired measure. Of course, you can provide us with further data if you wish. Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website (please also read section 3).
Your personal data will only be processed for the fulfillment of the contract with you or the execution of the requested measures e.g. providing an offer, answering a contact request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and for advertising purposes (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, please also refer to section 2). As soon as the personal data are no longer required to fulfill these purposes, they will be deleted. If statutory retention requirements exist, the data will be restricted until the expiration of the retention obligations and then deleted. Storage going beyond the statutory retention periods is possible if you have consented to this (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or if the purpose of the storage has not yet ceased.
Advertising measures; especially e-mail newsletters
You may object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes or withdraw your consent which you gave us in this respect at any time in each case with effect for the future in writing, by fax, by e-mail or by telephone without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. This applies in particular in regard to e-mail newsletters, for example with information about our products and our services. We only send you e-mail newsletters if you gave us your consent or if we have legitimate interests (in particular for direct marketing purposes) pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. In the event you do no longer wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe from our e-mail newsletter at any time with effect for the future either by pressing the link provided in each e-mail newsletter or by contacting us via the provided contact details.
Rights of the data subject
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive information free of charge about the personal data we have stored about you, to have inaccurate data corrected and to demand that your personal data is deleted or restricted with regard to its processing and transferring.
You can object to the use of the data for direct advertising purposes at any time with effect for the future; you can also object to the use of the data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR with effect for the future at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs.
In some cases, however, we may not be allowed to completely delete user data due to legal retention periods.
If you have any questions regarding the processing of personal data, please contact our data protection officer:

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive after the browser session has ended (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer during your next visit (so-called permanent cookies). Of course, you also have the option of viewing our website without cookies. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. We use cookies on various pages so that you can move around the website and use its functions, for example when accessing password-protected areas if necessary. Without these cookies we cannot provide you with certain services you have requested (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
According to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR we also use cookies to improve the functionality and the service of the website, to compile statistics on how our website is used and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. In addition, cookies make it possible to remember previous details of a visit (e.g. user name, language) to offer services tailored to the user’s needs. Cookies are also used to enable a demand-oriented design of our website; for this purpose, pseudonymous user profiles may be created which enable an analysis of your use of the website.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the placement of cookies. By doing so, full transparency will be ensured on the use of cookies.
You can withdraw the consent you provided to us at any time or object to the data processing. The easiest way to do this is to prevent cookies from being stored on your hard disk by selecting „do not accept cookies“ in your browser settings. In this case, however, you may not be able to use all functions of our website in full.
